The East London Boxing Academy was set up by Local Waltham Forest Residents, at the conclusion of last summer’s Olympic Games, in order to uphold the Olympic legacy. The Academy is a voluntary non-profit based project set up to mainly help the local youth. The club has a number of community members from a range of backgrounds who help the day to day activities of the academy. Which include keep young people off the street, away from trouble and be in an environment where they can learn a number of skills.
