Officer hit by rock thrown over Harlow Police Station wall

An officer suffered injuries when he was hit by a rock thrown over the wall of a police station.

The officer was struck at Harlow police station in The High at around 11.45am on Friday 24 December.

He did not suffer serious injuries, Essex Police said.

The force has now launched an ABH investigation.

Police are keen to hear from anyone who was in the South Gate area at the time and witnessed what happened.

They would also like to hear from anyone who may have been driving in the area and has dashcam footage.

Witnesses should call 101 citing incident 436 of December 24.
